The Astronaut is a Legendary blook, which means that you do not have it by default, and it must be unlocked through a box. It can be unlocked through the Space Box. It has a 0.45% chance of being unlocked when purchasing.

The rarest blooks you can get in the Space Pack are the Chroma Colored Astronauts, with all of them having a 0.05% drop rate.

The Red Astronaut is a chroma blook, obtained from the Space Box, with a 0.05% drop rate.
