The King of Hearts is a Legendary blook. This means you do not have it by default, and must be unlocked through a pack. This blook is unlocked through the Wonderland Pack, with a 0.3% chance of obtainment per pack opened. It can be sold for 200 tokens. It is tied for the 2nd rarest Legendary Blook in Blooket.

The default TOD stats are: 17 Strength, 19 Charisma, 16 Wisdom. These stats can be buffed/debuffed by various cards, and are the default stats. Some of the cards that can buff/debuff it are:

One of two final upgrades of the king in Tower Defense, throws exploding hearts at enemies. The other choice is Phantom King. It costs from 22 - 33 tokens, depending on which upgrades you choose. Not a very strong blook, recommended to be removed after level 50. Reason why you should remove after level 50 is because there is too many enemies to be effective.

The King of Hearts will either ask you to give him 15 gold for 20 materials (gives you 15 gold and takes 20 materials for some reason), throw a festival between 2 kingdoms or asks you whether you want some of his people (Say yes.)
