Access your account statement on the go with Citi, anytime, anywhere. Just go to your Citi Mobile App or Citibank Online and follow the simple steps below:
- Citi Mobile App
- Login to your Citi Mobile App.
- Click on Account Summary on your Home Screen.
- Click on the required account for statement, e.g. your Savings Account.
- You can view your debit and credit transactions as you scroll. Click on ‘Filter Transactions’ to specify a time period for your statement.
- Enter the required details – date range, transaction type and amount range – and click on ‘Apply’ to get a full view of your statement.
That’s it, you’re done!
- Citibank Online
- Go to https://www.online.citibank.co.in/ and click on ‘Login’. Alternatively, click here to login.
- Enter your User ID and Password to login.
- On the Home Page, click on ‘View Account Summary’ on the left.
- Click on the required account for statement, e.g. your Savings Account.
- If you wish to download your statement, scroll down, enter the required details, choose file format (e.g. XLS file) and click on ‘OK’.
That’s it, you’re done!
