Is Seer getting nerfed in season 15?
Seer has been hit with a secret nerf in Apex Legends Season 15, completely removing his class Passive with no mention of the change in the Eclipse patch.
Apex Legends has no shortage of characters to play, but if you're looking for a powerful recon legend, you won't need to look much further than Seer. This legend is ideally suited to scouting and tracking, and unlike Valkyrie and Bloodhound, Seer is better equipped for the latter than the former.
While the majority of players have given up with Seer, there are a select few who believe he still has a place in the meta. One of them is aceu, who recently explained on stream why Seer is still a strong pick due to his ability to “third-party” opponents. Respawn Entertainment Seer has a 2.3% pick rate in Season 12.
It came as a surprise to many players who have had their heals and revives canceled ad nauseam over the past several weeks that amongst the sweeping changes to legends and weapons coming in season 14, Seer made it through the patch notes completely untouched.
The short answer? Yes, Seer is OP. The long answer? Seer's entire kit is overly strong and unlike other legends in Apex Legends, his abilities have zero real counters.

However, to the surprise of his audience, Hal revealed that he'd changed his mind and that in the current meta, Seer is a “broken” pick in Ranked that adds an “easy mode” to Apex.
Bloodhound. Bloodhound is undoubtedly Apex Legend's best legend and one of the characters always present at the highest tiers of play. The reason is that he is the most effective scout in the game's roster, thanks to his robust skill set that focuses on detecting and hunting down prey.

Bloodhound. Ironically, the best counter to Seer is a fellow recon and one of the first recon legends in the game. According to the game's director, Chad Grenier, Seer is a more stealthy version of Bloodhound. He prefers to lie in wait for enemies to come to him.
Seer - While Seer is nowhere near as busted as he was at launch, he is still a powerful Legend capable of revealing a lot of intel.
And despite the fact that Seer was introduced after several other game characters, she will earn her Heirloom before them. Reputable Apex data miners had revealed that Seer Heirloom will be named "sickle" in Apex Legends Season 15.
