All MetaMask accounts are generated from your same seed phrase, and encrypted with your same password, so if you have it backed up, you will be able to restore all the accounts you create later on. You can create any number of accounts, and switch between them freely.
Not with data that is publicly available on the blockchain. Addresses are not connected to eachother in any way. If someone has access to your mnemonic phrase, extended private key or extended public key, they can link the different addresses, but of course you should never give this data out.
It is currently impossible to remove created accounts -- the ones that appear as 'Account 2' etc. when you click 'Create Account'. If you really want to remove them, you will need to remove MetaMask from your device (Extension or Mobile), reinstall, and then restore using your Secret Recovery Phrase.
A wallet reset essentially returns your MetaMask Extension or Mobile app back to the state it was in when you downloaded it: it clears your Secret Recovery Phrase and your accounts from the software. After you execute a reset, you'll need to re-enter your Secret Recovery Phrase to get access to your wallet again.

TL;DR- OpenSea only allows for one wallet per account. Most NFT holders on OpenSea have multiple accounts, given this fact.
