Donating cloud vials after donating a spirit petal is currently the only way to obtain a Windy Bee. The Wind Shrine also indicates if a Wild Windy Bee is active in one of the fields. If the chimes are continuously moving around and nobody has donated recently, a Wild Windy Bee will be somewhere around the map.

When summoning one, 5 - 10 Field Dice is the best way if the player wants a cheap but reliable way. Donating a star jelly also has a high chance of summoning one, if the player can obtain them reliably. 3-5 glitters also have a chance of summoning Windy Bee.

Like all other Event bees, this bee does not have a favorite treat, and the only two ways to make it gifted is by feeding it a star treat, Gingerbread Bears or Aged Gingerbread Bears. Windy Bee likes the Dandelion Field and the Coconut Field.

Do you HAVE to donate spirit petal for windy bee? Yes, however you can start raising favor for it without donating a Spirit Petal. This is why it's recommended to donate your last Spirit Petal, as by then you'll have raised a ton of favor and will get Windy Bee much quicker.

Vicious Bee is considered to be one of the best bees to make gifted first due to its gifted bonus, -15% monster respawn time. This is extremely useful for mob-killing quests.

I suggest using it on a basic, but if u want it on an event, gummy is a better choice than photon. Basic, Photon, Commander and Gummy are all really good gifted bees in my opinion! Following those bees include the Brave and Rage bee.

Petal wand or else it would take forever to get another petal. And windy bee is a luck chance. I donated a petal a month ago and still haven't gotten windy bee, if you would like progression I would say go for petal wand first.

Fuzz bombs and coat do barely anything, but haze is extremely good. Gifted Fuzzy is a must have in a hive in my opinion, but ungifted fuzzy bee is kinda bad. Don't bother jellying it when you're not able to get mythics easily and reliably.

Photon bee is better than the tabby bee but if you have some high level legendary or epic bees (at least level 7) you don't need it. But here is the best one you have mentioned: Gummy bee.
