How do I talk to Paytm customer care? ›

You can contact the customer care team at 1800-102-6480 and/or write to the customer care team via email at fastag@paytm.com for further queries.

Tap on 'Edit Profile' on the top right corner of the page. In case of adding an email for the first time, enter an email address and click on 'save'. In case of changing email address, replace the existing email address with your new email address and click on 'save'.

For your safety and security, Paytm may temporarily block your account upon noticing any suspicious transactions or activity, or if your transactions are not as per the Terms and Conditions listed on our website. If your account has been locked, please contact us at cybercell@paytmmoney.com for resolution.

Paytm supports instant refunds on debit/credit cards, net banking and UPI within a minute or two post-initiation. Refunds for orders paid via Paytm Wallet and Paytm Postpaid are always instant by default and made to the respective method.

Successful transactions cannot be reversed. It is important to note that once a transaction has been successful, it cannot be undone. Therefore, it is crucial to double-check the details before making a UPI transaction to avoid any errors.

What is the UPI transaction limit through Paytm per day? Paytm UPI allows you to transfer the maximum amount of Rs 1 lakh in a day. A person can make Paytm transactions of up to Rs 20,000 per hour through UPI. There is a limit of a maximum five transactions an hour and maximum 20 transactions a day via Paytm UPI.

To lodge a complaint regarding any fraudulent transaction on your Bank Account or Wallet, kindly reach out to us via our helpdesk or 24*7 support. Tap the "Contact Us - 24*7" in the Paytm Payments Bank section of the Paytm App and register your complaint under "Report a Fraud" category.

How to request a chargeback. If asking the merchant for a refund didn't work, request a chargeback with your credit card issuer. Many card issuers let you dispute transactions by phone, mail or online. You may also be able to submit a dispute directly through your card issuer's mobile app.

To get your money back from the wrong transaction, the first and foremost thing you should do is contact the bank and inform them regarding the mishap that happened while transferring money. Make sure to inform the bank as soon as possible.

Once the refund is validated at Paytm's end, Paytm deducts the refund amount from your pending settlement amount. On successful deduction, Paytm sends an Accept Refund Webhook to the merchant. Post successful deduction Paytm initiates the refund to the bank. Apart from net banking refunds, this is instant in nature.

Contact Customer Support of UPI App: Report the wrong transaction to the customer support team of your UPI app. Provide them with all the relevant information and evidence of the transaction. They can assist you in initiating the refund process.
