So much for the RTX in RTX Voice
In a strange twist of fate, Nvidia quietly patched its RTX Voice (opens in new tab) app at an unknown time to support all GeForce GTX graphics cards supported under Nvidia's 410.18 driver or newer. This means RTX Voice works with all products from the best graphics cards in the RTX 30-series down to the GTX 600-series.
Nvidia released RTX Voice a year ago as a new spin-off feature for RTX 20-series GPUs to improve audio communication by reducing unwanted background noise intelligently using AI. Nvidia claimed the app uses the Tensor cores built into its latest products to accomplish this feature.
But ironically, right after the app was released, a super-simple hack leaked allowing you to run RTX Voice on Windows 7 and, best of all, non-RTX GPUs.
So it's not too surprising that Nvidia eventually patched RTX Voice itself to support GTX graphics cards. However, the RTX nomenclature becomes very misleading with the new change.

But, if you own an RTX 20-series or RTX-30 series graphics card, you're better going off going with its successor, RTX Broadcast (opens in new tab), which includes RTX Voice and a webcam feature that allows you to set up virtual backgrounds when streaming or video chatting. Plus, it's doubtful that RTX Voice will receive ongoing updates, unlike RTX Broadcast.
But our casual in-house testing has found bot the older RTX Voice app and newer RTX Broadcast to work surprisingly well. I've used both on my RTX 2060 Super, and it's one of the best programs I've come across that accurately deletes background noise without killing or muting your voice. emike09 This same version (0.5.12.6) has been around since May 2020 without modifications. I've been using it with my GTX 1650 ti (mobile) since then. There isn't a newer version for GTX users.
brandonjclark So, in case you're wondering HOW to use or download RTX voice: RTX voice is now a part of nVidia Broadcast and RTX Voice is actually just the AI-feature named "noise removal".
So, to use RTX Voice, you actually need to download Broadcast. Get it HERE.

Is there any meaningly performance loss using it on gtx 10 series cards?You'll have to test that for yourself. I remember running it on my Turing GPU before Broadcast was a thing, and I saw frame rate dips while using the program simultaneously. And that's not happening with RTX Broadcast.
However, your mileage will vary, i did not test this multiple times nor on multiple systems. So take my results with a grain of salt. I probably had a weird bug that wasn't related to RTX Voice or something.

About 800Mb of VRAM used by it. Co-workers agree that it sounds great and removed the road noise around my house very well. No performance loss noticed as Teams uses my iGPU for drawing frames.
alast0r Runs fine on a GT 1030 paired with a stock Q9650, Kingston A400 SSD and 8GB DDR2 RAM with no performance issues.
My mother is a teacher, and she uses this program in her virtual classes with many noisy children and neighbors, it greatly improves the experience.

4 hour call in google meet with a friend, both sharing our desktop and running tasks in the background
Also, i tested valorant at 1080p with RTX voice enabled, high textures, 4xMSAA, everything else low and was playable.
Typically between 80-100 FPS, the strongest drop I noticed was at 71 FPS but it is due to the CPU, a Q9650
