Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund." Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

The one-time mandate (OTM) is a process for you to authorize your bank to debit money from your account for recurring payments. Due to this process, even if the subscription is cancelled from Apple, the bank still thinks that there is a payment scheduled and debits on the renewal date.

The short answer is no—you can't remove expired subscriptions on an iPhone or iPad. They'll disappear from the Inactive list automatically a year after the expiration or cancellation date.

Expired subscriptions delete automatically in one year.

There's no way to manually delete expired subscriptions from your subscription list, but fortunately, they won't stick around forever. Any subscriptions you've canceled or let lapse will automatically disappear one year after their expiration dates.

The only subscriptions you can cancel on your Apple devices are those that you signed up for through the App Store using your Apple ID. If you're unable to cancel your subscription via your iPhone, iPad or Mac, you will likely need to cancel through the company's website, app, or customer service phone line.
