How to migrate assets across different networks using bridges | 1inch.io - Help Center (2024)

Aurora
Arbitrum

Avalanche

Base

BNB Chain

Fantom

Gnosis

Klaytn

Optimism

Polygon

As implied in the name, bridges allow one to easily migrate tokens from one chain to another.

***Please note: Not all tokens have adequate liquidity across multiple networks. Before migrating to a different network, please DYOR (Do your own research)!

Also: If you are using an 'unconfigured' wallet (like Metamask), you will need to manually configure the RPC and associated info for the network you want to use in your wallet. (1inch Wallet comes pre-configured and does this automatically for 1inch integrated networks).

For converting from Ethereum to Arbitrum, Avalanche, Optimism, Polygon, and xDAI, you will need to have some ETH in your Ethereum wallet to cover gas fees when converting.

How to migrate assets across different networks using bridges | 1inch.io - Help Center (1)

To switch between Ethereum and Aurora:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Aurora Bridge":

This will take you to the Rainbow Bridge where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Arbitrum network. Here are some helpful tips for using the Rainbow bridge.

To switch between Ethereum and Arbitrum:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Arbitrum Bridge":

This will take you to the Arbitrum Token Bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Arbitrum network. Here are some helpful tips for using the Arbitrum bridge.

***Please note: Converting ETH and tokens from Arbitrum to Ethereum Mainnet involves a mandatory 7 day transfer period for all withdrawals.

To switch between Ethereum and Avalanche Network:

Click the "Bridges" Tab at the top of any page on the 1inch site, then select "Avalanche Bridge":

This will take you to Avalanche Bridge, which will allow you to convert any ERC20 token to Avalanche and vice versa. Here is some helpful info for using Avalanche Bridge.

To switch between Ethereum and Base Network:

Click the "Bridges" Tab at the top of any page on the 1inch site, then select "Base Bridge":

This will take you to Base Bridge, which will allow you to convert any ERC20 token to Base and vice versa.

To switch between Ethereum Mainnet and BNB Chain:

Click the "Bridges" Tab at the top of any page on the 1inch site, then select "BNB Chain Bridge":

This will take you to Celer Bridge, which will allow you to convert any BEP20 token to ERC20 and vice versa. Here are step-by-step instructions for using Binance Bridge.

***Please note: Binance bridge no longer supports the bridging of 1INCH tokens. To convert your 1INCH from BNB Chain to ETH (or vice versa) you will need to send them to a Binance exchange account and then withdraw to the network of your choosing.

To switch between Ethereum Mainnet and Fantom:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Fantom Bridge":

This will take you to the Fantom Chain Bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Optimism network. Here is more info on how to use the bridge.

To switch between Ethereum Mainnet and Gnosis:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "xDAI Bridge":

This will take you to the Gnosis Chain Bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Optimism network. Here is more info on how to use the bridge.

Questions, comments, concerns? Feel free to each out to us in the Live Support Chat!

To switch between Ethereum Mainnet and Klaytn:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Klaytn Bridge":

This will take you to the Klaytn Chain Bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Optimism network. Here is more info on Klaytn and how it works.

Questions, comments, concerns? Feel free to each out to us in the Live Support Chat!

To switch between Ethereum Mainnet and Optimism:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Optimism Bridge".

This will take you to the Optimism Gateway, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Optimism network. Here are some helpful tips for using Optimism.

***Please note: Converting ETH and tokens from Optimism to Ethereum Mainnet involves a mandatory 7 day transfer period for all withdrawals.

To switch between Ethereum and Polygon:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Polygon Bridge":

This will take you to the MATIC Bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the Polygon network. Here are step-by-step instructions for using the MATIC Bridge.

To switch between Ethereum and zkSync Era:

Click on the "Bridge" tab, and select "Polygon Bridge":

This will take you to the zkSync (Era) bridge, where you can connect your wallet and "deposit/withdraw" tokens to and from the zkSync (Era) network. Here is more information on using the zkSybc (Era).
