For enhanced security of the cryptocurrencies on our custody, we process withdrawals with manual review once every 24 hours. Withdrawals are processed between 12pm - 3pm UTC.

Deposits are credited only after a minimum of two block confirmations. The average block time for the bitcoin blockchain is ~10 mins. Thus, it may take around 20 mins from transaction initiation for your deposit to show up in your Delta Exchange wallet.

Electronic payment systems withdrawals (like Skrill, Perfect Money, etc.) should be credited immediately, but sometimes may take up to 30 minutes. In case you withdraw to your card, please, be reminded that on average it takes 3-4 business days for the funds to be credited.
