  • You can increase your credit limit in a few steps via Trust App:

    • Go to Money > View and manage card or Profile > Settings

    • Select ‘Increase credit limit’

    • Complete and submit your credit limit increase request

    Your request will be subject to the bank’s approval, based on our internal assessment.

  • Transit fares will be accumulated daily and charged to your Trust card the next day. This means that all your transit fares done today will be accumulated and charged to your Trust card tomorrow morning.To view the breakdown of the aggregated fares, please login to your TL SimplyGo account on the TransitLink SimplyGo Portal or TL SimplyGo app.

  • The main cardholder has to send an invite to the supplementary cardholder by going to Trust App > Money > More for you > Send invite under ‘Gift supplementary credit card’.

    The supplementary cardholder will then receive an invite which they can accept by going to Trust App > More for you, then tap on 'View invite'.

  • If you have been charged a late payment fee and would like to request for a waiver, please leave us a message via the Trust in-app chat indicating “fee waiver”. We’ll review your request and you’ll receive an update via push notification within 3 working days.

  • Card pairing is a feature that gives you the flexibility to pair your card with either your credit card account or savings account. Do note that it's only available for customers who own both products.If you would like to switch the pairing:1) From credit card account to savings accountTap the "Pair card" button in "View and manage card", and tap ‘Pair with savings account’. Subsequently, all transactions done on your card (including previous automatic payments) will be charged to your savings account.2) From savings account to credit card accountTap the “Pair card” button in “View and manage card”, and tap ‘Pair with credit card account’. Subsequently, all transactions done on your card (including previous automatic payments) will be charged to your credit card account. The transactions will be billed to you when your statement is ready.ATM cash withdrawalsYou have the option of selecting to withdraw cash from either your savings account or credit card account at the ATM.   • Pay using Trust savings account

    You can conveniently pay your Trust credit card bill from your Trust savings account:

    1. Log in to the Trust App

    2. Tap on ‘Money’ then ‘Credit Card’ then ‘Pay credit card’

    3. Your Savings Account should be shown. Select from the available options to make the payment.

    4. Review the transfer details. If it is correct, swipe up to confirm.

    Pay using other bank accounts

    You can also pay your Trust credit card bill from your other bank accounts in two ways. Either by adding your Trust credit card number as a local transfer (also sometimes called FAST) or as a transfer to your credit card to make the repayment.

    1. Tap Pay & Transfer > Local > Add Local Recipient > Bank Account

    2. Enter Recipient’s name, select bank as Trust Bank Singapore Limited, and enter your 16-digit Trust card number under Recipient’s account number > Tap Next

    3. Review Recipient’s details. If it is correct, tap on Add Recipient Now

    4. You may have to perform additional verification at this point

    5. Tap again on Pay & Transfer > Local. Select your Trust card

    6. Enter amount to transfer and ensure Transfer via FAST is switched on.

    7. Tap Next.

    8. Review the transfer details. If it is correct, tap Transfer Now.

    Option 2: Add as a credit card recipient (payment will take up to 3 working days to process)

    1. Tap Pay & Transfer > Cards > Add Credit Card Recipient

    2. Enter your 16-digit Trust card number > Select card type to be Singapore – VISA/Master Card > enter first name > enter last name

    3. Review Recipient’s details. If it is correct, tap on Add Recipient Now

    4. You may have to perform additional verification at this point

    5. Tap again on Pay & Transfer > Cards. Select your Trust card

    6. Enter amount to transfer

    7. Tap Next

    8. Review the transfer details. If it is correct, tap Transfer Now.

    UOBAdd as a local recipient (payment is instant)

    1. Tap Pay & transfer > Other Accounts / Cards > New Transfer > Under Bank Account / Other Institutions (Please do not select Credit Card), select “Trust Bank Singapore Limited” and enter your 16-digit Trust card number under recipient's account number

    2. Enter amount to transfer

    3. Swipe to submit and review the transfer details. If it is correct, slide to confirm the transfer.

    OCBC

    Add as a local recipient (payment is instant)

    1. Tap Local Transfers > Account Number

    2. Tap Add payee

    3. Enter payee name, under Bank//Organisation select Trust Bank Singapore Limited, under account number enter your 16-digit Trust card number and enter your initials. Tap Add Payee to confirm

    4. Review the transfer details. If it is correct, tap Submit. It will take 12 hours before funds can be transferred to your Trust card

    5. Thereafter, tap Local Transfers > Account number

    6. Select your Trust card under the “To” column

    7. Select Transfer Now under When to transfer section

    8. Enter amount to transfer

    9. Slide to submit and review the transfer details. If it is correct, tap Confirm Transfer

    Standard Chartered Bank SingaporeOption 1: Add as a local recipient (payment is instant)

    1. Tap on menu icon > Transfer & Payments > Local Transfer > Select the account you would like to transfer from > Add Payee

    2. Select Payee Type to be Local > Enter Trust Bank Singapore Limited, Payee Name and enter your 16 digit Trust card number under Payee Account Numberand tap Continue

    3. Enter your 6-digit PIN and tap Confirm

    4. Tap on menu icon > Transfer & Payments > Local Transfer > Select your Trust card > Enter amount to transfer

    5. Swipe to complete the transfer

    Option 2: Add as a credit card recipient (payment will take up to 3 working days to process)

    1. Tap on menu icon > Transfers & Payments > Add & Manage Biller > Other Bank’s Credit Card Payee

    2. Enter cardholder’s name and enter your 16-digit Trust card number under account number > Tap Continue

    3. Review payee details. If it is correct, tap Confirm

    4. Enter your 6-digit PIN and tap Confirm

    5. Tap Move My Money

    6. Tap Pay Other Bank Credit Cards

    7. Select the newly added Payee and the account you would like to transfer from

    8. Enter amount to transfer and tap Continue

    9. Review payment details and tap confirm

    Pay using other banks’ appFor all other banks, you can pay for your Trust credit card bill either by adding your Trust credit card number as a local transfer / recipient or as a credit card payment / recipient. Depending on your bank, we will receive your payment in about 3 working days.Your credit card payment is due on the date selected by you when you first applied for your Trust credit card. If you do not make payment by the due date, you will have to pay for a late payment fee and interest on the outstanding amount. If you make the minimum payment by the due date, you will have to pay interest on the outstanding amount.   • Your physical card will be delivered to you within 6-7 working days from your application date.

  • You can apply for a credit card if:

    • You are between 21 years old and 55 years old and have an annual income of S$30,000 if Singapore citizen or permanent residentOR

    • You are above 55 years old and have an annual income of S$15,000 if Singapore citizen or permanent resident

    Only Singapore citizens and permanent residents are currently able to apply for both credit card account and savings account.

    To apply, go to Money > More for you on your Trust App.

  • You can decrease your credit limit in a few steps on Trust App:

    • Go to ‘Profile’ > ‘Settings’

    • Select ‘Decrease your credit limit’

    • Tap and drag the slider to set your desired credit limit and confirm

  • All card applications go through an internal assessment process and we consider all applications carefully. Here are some common reasons for your unsuccessful application.

    You may have insufficient income:

    • If you’re a Singaporean or Permanent Resident (age 21-55) and have an annual income below $30,000

    • If you’re a Singaporean or Permanent Resident (age 55 and above) and have an annual income below $15,000

    • If you’re a foreigner (over 21 years old) and have an annual income below $60,000

    You may have been granted maximum credit limit across all banksYou may have overdue loans with other banksNo ‘Notice of Assessment’ or CPF recordsYou are below 21 years old

    However, you can apply for a Trust savings account to get up to 2.5% p.a. interest rate on your first S$125,000 deposit and enjoy up to 11% savings with your debit card. T&C apply.

    To apply for savings account, simply follow these steps:

    1. Delete the Trust App

    2. Install the Trust App again

    3. Apply for savings account

  • You’ll get an additional 2% on the Monthly Bonus Rate on your FPG spend for the first 2 months, starting from the first month when your savings account or credit card application was first approved. For example, if you got your digital card approved on 25 September 2022, you’ll enjoy the additional 2% for your FPG Spend for September 2022 and October 2022.

    Please note that the additional 2% is subject to you meeting the minimum out-of-store spend in the second month. For the first month, there’s no minimum out-of-store spend applicable. See our customer T&Cs, including the Key Facts Sheets for more details.

  • Receive a S$25 FairPrice E-Voucher on us when you make your first card spend. You can find your FairPrice E-Voucher in your app, under Rewards > Coupons > Saved coupons.

  • We’re sorry we won’t be able to add $10 FairPrice E-Voucher to your account. However, if you refer your friends, you’ll receive a $10 FairPrice E-Voucher for each successful sign-ups.

  • Open the Trust App, select language and tap on “Get started” to start the application and then enter the referral code. You will receive S$10 FairPrice E-Voucher under Rewards > Saved coupons once you have successfully registered.

    • Singaporean Citizens, Permanent Residents and Foreigners are currently eligible for credit card

    • All credit card applications will be subjected to the bank’s credit checks for credit eligibility

    You can apply for a credit card if:

    1. You are between 21 years old and 55 years old; and

    2. Have an annual income of S$30,000 if Singaporean citizen or permanent resident; or

    3. Have an annual income of S$60,000 if foreigner with a valid work pass

    OR if:

    1. You are above 55 years old; and

    2. Have an annual income of S$15,000 if Singaporean citizen or permanent resident; or

    3. Have an annual income of S$60,000 if foreigner with a valid work pass

  • The following are ineligible transactions:

    • Any cash advance.

    • Transactions on your credit card that are subsequently cancelled, voided, refunded or reversed or incurred by you but aren’t submitted or posted to your credit card.

    • AXS, SAM or ATM transactions made using your credit card.

    • Any insurance premiums.

    • Any fees (for example annual card fees, service fees, interest, administrative fees, finance fees, and/or late payment fees).

    • Amounts which have been rolled over from any preceding month’s statement.

    • Any top-upsor payment of funds to any accounts.

    • Any transaction classified under any of the following Merchant Category Codes:

      • Utilities, Rentals and Cleaning Services – 4900, 6513, 7349.

      • Financial Institutions, Securities – Brokers, Quasi Cash, Insurance, Stored Value Card Purchase/Load and Wire Transfer – 4829, 5960, 6010, 6011, 6012, 6051, 6211, 6300, 6540.

      • Gambling – 7995.

      • Educational Institutions – 8211, 8220, 8241, 8244, 8249, 8299.

      • Charitable services, political organisations, religious organisations and government payments – 8398, 8651, 8661, 9211, 9222, 9223, 9311, 9399, 9402, 9405.

      • Any other fees or payments as we may decide.

    Do note that Trust is entitled to clawback or withdraw any excess Linkpoints issued at its sole discretion.
