  • You can scan PayNow QR codes using Scan & Pay feature on your Trust App. This can be done via the following options:

    • Option 1: select “Scan & Pay” from the pre-login page

    • Option 2: select “Scan & Pay” from the Payments Screen of your Trust App

    • Option 3: select “Scan & Pay” from Send money on the Deposit Screen of your Trust App

  • No, it is absolutely free for customers using PayNow or PayNow QR. If the bank intends to charge any fees, advance notice will be given to customers.
