Find your serial number, IMEI/MEID, or ICCID in Settings

With iOS 15, your iPhone is still traceable through the Find My network even when the device is powered off. How do I retrieve the IMEI number of my phone which, after a reset to factory setting, is locked by the FRP? Dial * # 0 6 # on the keypad… That works on any handset.

Find the model number on the upper side of the connector — the side with the display. On an iPhone 7 or earlier, an iPad, or an iPod touch, find the model number on the back of your device.

Locate your device. In the Finder, make sure you're under the General tab. In iTunes, click the Summary tab to see its information. For iPhone, click Phone Number under your device name or the device model to find the IMEI/MEID and ICCID.

Go to appleid.apple.com in a web browser. Sign in with the Apple ID that you use on your device. Choose the Devices section. To see the serial and IMEI/MEID number, select the device.

Check the back of your phone.

If your phone's screen is unresponsive or you don't know the password, you may be able to find your IMEI on the phone itself, depending on the model. If you have iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, or the iPhone 5, your IMEI will often be on the back of the phone.

As it is impossible to bypass the Activation Lock, the device is rendered useless to the organization. This problem can be eliminated by keeping the Activation Lock turned off on corporate devices. However, this is not ideal as the devices become vulnerable to misuse if lost or stolen.

If you can't remember your passcode when you try again, you need to use a computer to put your iPad in recovery mode. This process deletes your data and settings, including your passcode, allowing you to set up your iPad again. After you erase your iPad, you can restore your data and settings from a backup.

Open the dial pad on your phone. Dial *#06# . You can retrieve the IMEI/MEID number on virtually any phone by dialing in the universal code, which is "*#06#". You typically will not need to press the Call or Send button.

Retrieving IMEI of a lost phone.

Just go to your Google dashboard page - https://www.google.com/settings/dashboard and expand the android tab. You will see a list of every phone from which you have signed into Google and their IMEI numbers as well.

You can distinguish the iPod touch (3rd generation) from iPod touch (2nd generation) by looking at the back of the device. In the text below the engraving, look for the model number.

Check on or below the battery.
