How long does a transaction take to process?
Usually, just a couple of minutes are enough for your transaction to be processed. Once it's done, you’ll instantly receive your purchased cryptocurrency.
What do I do if my purchase failed?
Check if you have anough funds on the balance of your card;
Make sure that you receive a 3D Secure code. If you don't receive the code to confirm your transcation, please contact your card issuer (bank) to resolve it;
Make a bank deposit and convert your funds to cryptocurrency at a 1% fee;

Can I get a refund?
You can receive a refund if the funds charged from your bank card never reached your account in Cryptopay. We can't make a refund in case the cryptocurrency you buy reaches your account. The same applies to the situation when you change your mind right after the transaction has happened.
How long does it take to get a refund?
In case something goes wrong and your payment doesn't reach Cryptopay, it will take 10-14 business days for the refund to be processed. We will notify you once the refund is sent.
