Founded in 2020, Vivid Money has only been on the market for a short while. It’s offering is similar to N26 bank, but Vivid is not as established. As a digital bank, the mobile application is the backbone of Vivid Money’s service promise. It allows you to make transfers, follow transactions, or block the card. Users receive automatic push notifications after incoming payments and when their card is used. The balance is updated in real time, and expenditures can be categorized.

What is Vivid Standard?

The Vivid Money Standard account comes with no monthly fee if used actively. This means you must have one or more card transactions during the calendar month, or your account balance must be at least 1,000 Euros. Otherwise, a monthly fee of 3.90 Euros applies.

Which bank cards does Vivid Standard include?

The account comes with a Debit Visa Card. It is suitable for store payments or online shopping. Unfortunately, debit cards are not always accepted for hotel bookings or car rentals. Vivid Money does not offer credit cards or Girocards. However, the card offers other perks: it is an eye-catcher and does not show any personal or bank details. This info is safely stored in the mobile app.

New customers receive a free month of “Prime Membership.” Hence, the first digital card is issued for free instead of 1 Euro. Moreover, Prime members can order a metal card they can keep even if they decide to continue with the free plan. Unfortunately, issuing a physical card has a one-time fee of 19.90 Euros.
