Accommodation visits

We will not enter the accommodation if dogs or children under the age of 16 years are present and are unaccompanied by an adult.

Charging electric vehicles

Please note that charging an electric vehicle at your lodge is not permitted. If you wish to charge an electric vehicle during your break, you must book an EV charging point(only applicable to UK villages only).

Please note: Electric Vehicle charging points are not bookable at Longford Forest.

Dogs

In accommodation where dogs are permitted, please keep dogs under strict control at all times in order to keep colleagues safe if they need to visit your lodge.

Irons and ironing boards

Irons and ironing boards are provided and can be found in your store room/cupboard. If you are staying in a hotel or apartment, you can request an iron and ironing board from Guest Services.

For Longford Forest: Irons and ironing boards are available for apartments if requested from Guest Services.

Reporting an issue

All accommodation receives regular safety inspections by appropriately qualified engineers to ensure that the electrical installation, electrical appliances and gas appliances are in safe working order. If you experience any technical problems, please contact Guest Services at the earliest opportunity. We aim to respond as quickly as possible.

Wristbands

Wristbands are provided based on the number of rooms per lodge. If additional wristbands are required, they are available subject to availability from Guest Services. Please report lost wristbands immediately to Guest Services.
