Why can't I request total from seller on eBay?
The Request Total button only appears if the seller accepts Combined Payments/Shipping. We want your journey here to be as great as can be, so we have put together some links to help you get quickly familiarized with the eBay Community.
If your account doesn't display combined shipping automatically, eBay shoppers can ask for a combined quote by clicking 'Request total from seller' in their cart. Alternatively, they may message a seller directly to request an updated quote.
If a buyer is purchasing multiple items from you, and they haven't already benefited from a shipping discount, they can select Request total from the seller in their shopping cart. You can then send them an invoice with the new combined costs if you have combined invoices enabled on your account.

- Check the box beside any orders that need to be combined.
- Select Send Invoice for any of the orders selected.
If you don't see a Send invoice option for an item, it may have been more than 30 days since the listing ended.
An itemized list of all your selling transactions and associated fees can be viewed under the “Payments” tab in Seller Hub or My eBay. Tip: You can view fees by clicking the “Fees” filter button located above your list of transactions.
Go to Selling preferences - opens in new window or tab. Scroll down to Multi-quantity listings and select the toggle beside Buyers can see exactly how many items are left.
If you win several auctions, or can commit to buy without having to immediately pay, from items in your watch list they will all appear in your purchase history in one box and a request total button will be in the box.
Message the seller.
In order to request combined shipping, you must contact the seller directly. From your cart, tap on one of the items you intend to buy. Then, on the item's page, scroll down until you find the seller's info. Tap "Contact seller" on the right-hand side to compose a message.

- Select Quantity Bulk Edit.
- Type in a number of your choice.
- Save.
How do I send a total invoice on eBay?
You can send or revise an invoice from either My eBay Sold or Seller Hub Orders: Find the item. From Actions, select Send invoice. Make any necessary changes (to shipping charges, payment methods, etc.).
