We have to start with Seer's kit, which is what makes him such a useful character. His best ability is his Passive, which lets him see the location of opponents within a certain radius. It's an approximation rather than a proper wallhack like Bloodhound, but it shows you the direction of your opponents at all times.
Season 10 Legend Seer is also pansexual. In a series of tweets, Respawn's lead writer Amanda Doiron explained that Seer “sees to the heart of people and doesn't limit himself to a specific gender”. She later confirmed that he identifies as pansexual.

Seer. The newest character in season 10, Seer is a strong contender for the title of Apex best legend for scouting and reconnaissance. On the one hand, his powerful revealing abilities enable you to find enemies, no matter where they're hiding. On the other hand, mastering these abilities takes much skill.
Along with Horizon and Octane, Lifeline also calls Psamathe home. She is of short stature, at just about five-foot-five. At least she can say she's taller than Wraith and Wattson.
Despite receiving a set of heavy nerfs shortly after his release, Seer has slowly climbed back into the meta over the last few seasons. While a lot of pros were skeptical at first and chose to run Bloodhound as their scan Legend, it's now widely accepted that the Ambush Artist is the better choice.

Later in their life, Bloodhound met a man named Boone. Boone was a renowned hunter, looking for an elusive creature known as óséður (unseen) and his path soon crossed with Bloodhound's. Hunting together for a long time, the two became very close, to the point of Bloodhound calling Boone their lover.
Lifeline and Octane are childhood friends, mostly because their dads—Darion and Eduardo—were also childhood friends. Growing up together, Lifeline and Octane became more like siblings than friends. Octane is the naughty brother, and Lifeline is the responsible sister who cleans up after him.

Seer's ability to stop heals, revives and other abilities gives him a major one up over Bloodhound. Bloodhound edges out Seer when it comes to more casual play and lower ranks with their overall kit, but for ranked games Seer's kit gives him the competitive edge, especially if you're playing with a pre-made squad.

Overall, Bloodhound is still the best Legend in Apex Legends for the majority of players.
The Legends you should consider maining if your playstyle is plotting, scheming, conniving and/or bamboozling are Caustic, Crypto, Loba, Mirage, Rampart, Revenant, Seer, and Wattson.

Rampart is the youngest Apex Legend at 21-years-old! Rampart's real name is Ramya Parekh. In addition to being the youngest, this character introduced in Season 6 is also one of the most popular.
Wraith is arguably the hardest Legend in the game. With her supernatural abilities, she's only good at the very heart of the battle, and to keep such a fast and action-packed pace, a player needs to be very talented.
