Who is the biggest enemy of Kratos?
Hades is a towering figure with hard-hitting attacks Kratos should watch out for if he wishes to win against the god. His chains are unrelenting and he will be assisted by his underworld minions. Kratos eventually overpowers this imposing creature and gains his soul and weapon, but it won't be a walk in the park.
Fear Factor. Kratos is afraid of being found by others who might know of his deeds. He's afraid of how his legacy will come to affect Atreus, his son, and he's afraid that if the boy knows his history, he'll despise him.

If the two were to get into a melee fight, Saitama would annihilate Kratos because a single punch would likely destroy every bone and organ in the Spartan's body. Even if Kratos survived the hit, he would never be able to injure Saitama since his body is basically invulnerable.
1 Weakness: His Nightmares
Up until God of War III, Kratos is plagued by nightmares, which partially explains why he's so vulnerable to illusions and mind tricks. It also, of course, explains his unquenchable rage. At the end of the day, Kratos' nightmares are one of his greatest weaknesses.
Superhuman Strength: Even as a human, Alrik had been shown to be incredibly powerful, able to defeat Kratos, a demigod and son of Zeus, forcing the Spartan to pledge his soul to Ares. After he returned from the Underworld, his power had only increased when he faced Kratos again.
Kratos then joined the Spartan army in Rhodes, intent on destruction. Zeus, however, weakened Kratos and tricked him into abandoning his godly powers into the Blade of Olympus, which Zeus used to kill Kratos. Although he overcame all obstacles, Kratos was stunned at Zeus's betrayal and swore revenge as he died.
It is also implied that he has an intense fear of Kratos as well, as he knows nothing about him except for the fact that he's extremely powerful and having fought and killed one of his sons, Baldur and his two grandsons, Magni and Modi in battle.
This is because, for a decade (10 years), Kratos had faithfully served the Olympian Gods, yet, he felt like they didn't care about him or respect him, despite him doing their bidding. Plus, he felt like he was just a pawn to be manipulated and would, ultimately, be killed off, once he's outlived his usefulness.

Ares pleaded for his life while reminding Kratos of the day that he had saved his life, and how he had only tried to make him a great warrior. Kratos ironically recanted that Ares had "succeeded" in doing that before he impaled him through the chest and killed him.
A village oracle appears and curses Kratos for spilling his own family's blood. As a way of making Kratos remember this “terrible deed,” the oracle fated for Kratos to wear his family's ashes on his skin. When this happened, Kratos' skin turned pale white and this is where he got the title “Ghost of Sparta”.
