What is Hades best Zeus boon?
Zeus's Boons are great for dealing flat damage. His Lightning Strike is probably the best flat damage bonus for an attack, seeing as the bonus also chains to nearby foes. And with a high fire-rate weapon like Malphon or Exagryph, your DPS will soar.

Adamant Rail. The Adamant Rail with the hidden Aspect of Lucifer is one of the most broken weapons in Hades. It launches a stream of lava called Hellfire that melts anything it comes into contact with.

What is the best use of Titan Blood?
The primary use for Titan Blood is to upgrade the weapons Zagreus uses in his escape attempts. If you've already unlocked a weapon using Keys, you can enhance its abilities even further with Titan Blood.
Vartha, or more commonly known as the Eternal Spear, was one of my favourite weapons to use when playing Hades. Admittedly the Eternal Spear is a very strong Weapon choices for players, however, the play style tends to be a bit more tricky than other Weapons.
