Is it Legal to Resell Products on Amazon? Yes, it's completely legal to buy a product at a store and resell it on Amazon. You don't need a permit or to be an authorized reseller. Once you buy an item it's yours and you're free to resell it if you wish.
But one thing you may not want to do is make a lot of returns on Amazon. If you do, you might risk having your account canceled.

Spend time investigative the cause of the issue, take steps to resolve it and plan to prevent it happening again.

However, selling someone else's brand as new is illegal and is a copyright infringement. Many sellers also come to Amazon to sell their copyrighted products.
