What grade is Level D on iReady?
Level D is a Grade Level featuring more advanced work. Unlike Level AA, A, and sometimes B and C, it features Sweet T and other high-level i-Ready characters. Level D Is The middle Of All Levels In i-Ready.

Level C is a Grade Level that is used for some of the i-Ready Reading and Math lessons. It usually features some of the higher i-Ready characters such as Sweet-T, Pepper Jackie and etc. Plory, Yoop, Major Peril and Minor Peril are only used in Level C Reading lessons for this page.
Level E is an i-Ready Reading and Math level grade level ranking. Level E is 5th grade. Multiple characters such as Azul, G.O, and Olive appear in Level E.
The TABE – Math Level D course covers four units of content: Unit 1 – Number Concepts, Decimals, Fractions, and Percents, Unit 2 – Geometry and Measurement, Unit 3 – Data Analysis, Probability, and Trigonometry, and Unit 4 – Algebraic Concepts.
Level F is a level that appears in i-Ready Reading and Math lessons. Level F is equivalent to Grade 6. Many different characters appear in this level, including Dr. Rio, Luna, and others.

Level G is a level is i-Ready Reading and Math lessons. Level G is equivalent to 7th Grade in the United States. In these i-Ready lessons, the characters Max, Brandi, and Carrie will appear, along with other characters.
Readers at a level D are able to read simple fiction stories, fantasy stories and simple informational (nonfiction) texts. They can follow print with their eyes and rarely point to the words in the book (except for reading unknown words or words they do not know).
Level B is a Grade Level ranking that appears in some i-Ready Reading and Math lessons. i-Ready Wiki gives this level a low-leveled lessons. Most of the time Plory and Yoop appear, but in other lessons have Pepper Jackie, Sweet T, etc.
LEVEL F BOOKS usually have themes and ideas typical to the experiences of children. The characters will be more developed and the sentences in the story will be longer (more than ten words). The words may have one or two, or even three, syllables. The illustrations continue to be very supportive of the text.

In 2nd grade reading, your child should be reading 50 to 60 words a minute at the beginning of the school year and 90 words per minute by the end of the year. To test this, give your child a story from her reading list that she has not read, but will pique her interest.
3rd Grade Reading Level
3rd Graders are comfortable reading simple chapter books on their own. They continue to need lots of practice and time reading aloud as well. At the library look for books 2.2 – 3.9, Guided Reading level L-P, and Lexile 400-650.
A first grader should be at a reading level between 3 to 12. Higher reading levels indicate that they're near the top of their class, but there's always room for growth. In some cases, your child might fall below or rise above the range. Practice and proper tutoring will improve their reading level.
LEVEL M BOOKS include a variety of genres including simple mysteries, biography, fantasy, realistic fiction, and informational texts (nonfiction). The books can be short or longer chapter books. The text will have multi-syllable words that are challenging to decode, and complex sentences.
What's the highest reading level?
The highest possible measure is 2000L. Anything below 5L is assessed as a BR or Beginning Reader. A book's Lexile measure is analyzed by MetaMetrics©.
An average fifth grade reading level ranges between 22 to 30+ on Reading Recovery and PM levels or up to level 50 on DRA levels. There will be outliers depending on individual students. Grade five levelling assessment focuses on reading comprehension skills, assuming that phonics and reading skills are already known.
Stretch growth is an ambitious but attainable level of annual growth that puts students on a path toward proficiency. This student will need to meet his or her annual stretch growth for at least 1 year to be proficient. Proficient for fifth grade is a mid on-grade level scale score of 498.
The default passing threshold for i-Ready lessons is 67 percent, or two out of every three questions correct, but your school district has the flexibility to adjust the passing rate.

Level B is a Grade Level ranking that appears in some i-Ready Reading and Math lessons. i-Ready Wiki gives this level a low-leveled lessons. Most of the time Plory and Yoop appear, but in other lessons have Pepper Jackie, Sweet T, etc. This introduces Victor, Bella, Beau and Mr. Cheeks.
