How do I activate one token?
- Login to the OCBC Digital app.
- Tap on 'Profile & Settings' > Select 'Manage OCBC OneToken'
- Tap on 'Activate with SMS OTP and Card PIN'
- Follow the on-screen instructions to set up your OCBC OneToken.
- Your OCBC OneToken will be fully activated after 12 hours.
Launch OCBC Malaysia Business Mobile Banking App. Select the 'Set your password' hyperlink and proceed following the on-screen instructions. Enter the SMS One-Time Password (OTP) and tap 'Submit'. Tap on 'Activate Now' when prompted to set up OCBC OneToken.
