Lower the power consumption (power limit) of the GPU.
Lowering the power limit is one of the best ways to lower GPU power consumption and, therefore, lower the GPU's heat production from the GPU. Most NVIDIA cards mining hash rates will not be affected by lowering the power limit to 75% or 80%.
Laptops Are Bad at Mining, Anyway
Your laptop will start throttling performance at the point where the cooling system can't keep temperatures in check anymore. Also, laptops aren't energy efficient at mining.
Buy box fans and put one in front of each rig that you have. That will cool your mining rig down enough. Now as for the room, you need to have the right ventilation or the hot air will just stay in the room. Make sure you open windows and have fans blowing in the room and out of the windows.

While ideal GPU temperatures are usually between 65° to 85° Celsius (149° to 185° F) under load, AMD GPUs (like the Radeon RX 5700 or 6000 Series) can safely reach temperatures as high as 110 degrees Celsius (230° F).
These are tough, high-end components built to withstand the constant heating and cooling of intensive video gaming and graphics rendering. If you are looking for a ballpark figure, you should assume at least 3 years of life out of a GPU. 5 years would be a fairly average lifespan. Even 10 years isn't unheard of.

65 C is generally fine. 73~75 is pushing it, and people will generally agree that you don't want to run at 80 for very long at all. I shoot to keep my cards under 66 for mining. They've been going for months with no problems.
I heard many people here say that cards used for mining are in better condition than those used for gaming. But this simply isn't true.

GPUs tend to run hot when processing graphically intensive tasks like gaming. The ideal temperature for a GPU to run when under load is between 65–85° Celsius. But, if your GPU is running hotter than the 110° Celsius mark, your GPU is running too hot and is at risk of damaging itself or other PC components.
