Does E3 license include Intune?

Enterprise Mobility + Security E3 includes Azure Active Directory Premium P1, Microsoft Intune, Azure Information Protection P1, Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics, Azure Rights Management (part of Azure Information Protection) and the Windows Server CAL rights.
Intune is included with a variety of Microsoft 365 licenses as well as a standalone license, and includes more policy settings than MDM for Office 365, such as policies to configure settings, updates, applications, and more.
Microsoft Intune is a standalone product included with certain Microsoft 365 plans, while Basic Mobility and Security is part of the Microsoft 365 plans.
Microsoft provides Mobile Device Management solutions in Office 365 and/or Intune. With Office 365, the essentials are included with any E3 or E5 plan.
E3 provides the full suite of enterprise functionality with Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and additional security functionality. E5 is the most advanced package, with all the features of E3, alongside advanced email security functionality, analytics, and phone systems.
E1, the entry-level plan, focuses on providing small businesses with essential services like web-based Office apps, cloud storage, and email. E3, targeted at bigger enterprises, gives access to the full suite of online and offline Office applications alongside added security features.

There is no device license for Microsoft Intune. Instead, devices are linked to user accounts, and every user can link up to five devices on their account.
Microsoft EMS E3 is the “original” version of EMS. It includes The “P1” versions of Azure Active Directory and Azure Information Protection. It also includes Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Advanced Threat Analytics.
Enterprise Mobility & Security E3 licenses include Azure Active Directory Premium P1, and Enterprise Mobility & Security E5 licenses include Azure Active Directory Premium P2.
You can purchase licenses for any devices separately from user licenses. Device licenses do not need to be assigned to the devices. Each device that accesses and uses the online services and related software (including System Center software) must have a device license.
With Microsoft 365 Business Premium you get SharePoint plan 1 and with Office 365 E3 SharePoint plan 2. The main difference between the two is the amount of storage that your users get with OneDrive, 1TB vs Unlimited. The amount of storage that you get for SharePoint is for both plans the same, 1 TB + 10 GB per user.

Many mobile device management (MDM) solutions in the market allow an organization to track where their devices are and have gone, through GPS technology, at any given point in time.
Office 365 MDM and Intune both offer the ability to manage mobile devices, but Intune provides deeper management and security.
Microsoft also envisions Endpoint Manager being used to manage Cloud PCs as part of the company's Windows 365 venture unveiled in mid-2021. The rebranding Intune as Endpoint Manager initially caused some confusion because of the tools' overlap.

Does m365 E3 include Azure AD premium?
EMS E3, Microsoft 365 E3, and Microsoft 365 Business Premium includes Azure AD Premium P1. EMS E5 or Microsoft 365 E5 includes Azure AD Premium P2. You can use the same Conditional Access features noted in the following sections to provide multi-factor authentication to users.
Each device that accesses and uses the online services and related software (including System Center software) must have a device license. If a device is used by more than one user, each device requires a device based software license or all users require a user software license.
