You can easily link a credit card to your Cash App, though you'll first have to add a bank account or debit card. Similar to Venmo, Cash App is a payment app for transferring money to others, and like Venmo, there's a fee to transfer money using a credit card.

Even though Credit One does not offer virtual card numbers, Credit One cardholders can still get a virtual credit card through the payment system Click to Pay. Click to Pay was started in late 2019 as a collaborative virtual payment service between Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
You can use your Capital One credit card for an ATM withdrawal by just inserting the card into the machine, entering the card's PIN, and selecting the “cash advance” menu option. Enter an amount to withdraw the cash. And don't forget to collect your card and cash before you leave.
“Partner cards” co-branded with a certain business or organization are the only Capital One-issued credit cards that are not compatible with Apple Pay. In other words, all of the standard Capital One credit cards are Apple Pay-compatible, including Venture, Quicksilver and Savor.
