If you haven't used your OneDrive account in the past twoyears, you may receive this email warning:

Yes. If you receive an email like this, it's for one or more of these reasons:

  • You haven't used your OneDrive account in two years.

  • You have exceeded your OneDrive storage limit for more than 12 months.

Tips:

  • If you don't think this applies to you, it could be you used your work or school account to create a personal Microsoftaccount some years ago.

  • This could have been for Xbox, Skype, or Outlook.com, but it resulted in aOneDriveaccount also being created. This is normal for all Microsoft Accounts.
