Genshin Impact has a huge roster of characters when you count the NPCs. There are plenty of powerhouses that are both playable and non-playable characters, which may have you wondering who the strongest in Teyvat is. Celestia aside, which characters would win in an all-out war?
Zhongli is currently the strongest character in Genshin Impact, but Raiden Shogun is a close second. Unlike Raiden Shogun, Zhongli has his original body and the power of surprise since most of the world assumes that Rex Lapis is dead. Raiden Shogun, on the other hand, won the archon war with the help of her sister, Makoto.

Another honorable mention is Madame Ping, as she can make an entire realm on her own. We can also assume from seeing the other Adepti in action that she is actually incredibly powerful in a fight. No other characters outside of the Electro Archons have been able to create their own realms, and even Ai and Makoto don't have realms to the level that Madame Ping can create.
