At one time, Coinbase Pro was the best for small accumulation, because they had no fees to buy/sell, and more importantly, no fees to withdraw crypto. This was especially important for Bitcoin in small amounts. Then they added fees to buy/sell and I *think* they charge transfer fees now, but I'm not sure. They don't list them, just "you'll be told at time of withdrawal". Last time I bought any Bitcoin, ETH, etc. it was no charge to move it out from CB Pro but when ETH gas shot up I think they really took a bath with that model.
Binance.US is what I've used most recently, because the buy/sell fees were a little cheaper last I checked. But I wouldn't buy Bitcoin from there (assuming I wanted any) because the withdrawal fees (like most exchanges) is a flat 0.0005 BTC... at current price that's $18.22 to move it to your own wallet... defeats the purpose of buying in small amounts in my opinion.
One thing I like about Binance.US is you can get a few dollars of their own crypto and use it to pay your fees. It gives you a small discount on the buying and selling. I got a $15 referral bonus once, turned it into their crypto and have been using it to pay fees.
Both services seem fine for their purpose. Connect your bank works fine from both, and is no cost to fund. I haven't had any real problems with either, although changing my email address with Coinbase was super easy, but changing my email address with Binance.US practically required KYC'ing all over again.
Both have a 10 day waiting period before you can move out your crypto after funding from ACH, so you need to decide if you buy your crypto immediately and sit on it for 10 days, or sit on your fiat for 10 days then buy your crypto... given how crypto can fluctuate, you can get burned or get lucky with timing but I guess if you are buying and holding, it shouldn't matter to you.
