Using the Upload and Download Speed Limit settings in the Speed subtab of the Settings tab you can manually set the speeds in which the pCloud application uploads your files to the cloud and downloads them to your computer. By default these are set to Unlimited, so they only depend on the speeds, achievable by your Internet provider.
