Werewolf is an Epic blook. This means you do not have it by default, and it has to be unlocked through a pack. This blook is unlocked through the Spooky Pack, a limited time pack in the market only available around mid to late October, also known as "Spooktober" in Blooket.
It can be sold for 75 tokens each, and it has a drop rate of 5%. It is only obtainable from the Spooky Pack.
