I use multiple monitors and an external keyboard with my laptop, can I use these during my online proctored exam?


ProctorU does not support the use of multiple monitors during an online proctored exam. You must disconnect your additional monitor(s). If you are using a PC you can press the Windows Key and the P Key at the same time then select PC Screen Only or unplug the additional monitor(s). If you are using a Mac you must unplug the additional monitor(s).

An external keyboard is suitable and causes no problems.
