One Crore Salary 😳Know the truth 👇👉 Microsoft pays 45 LPA to the freshers from NIT or IIT!So now you guys will take your calculator and check that 45 lakhs / 12 months = 3.75 lakhs per month!🔺3.75 lakh per month is true according to the calculation but the in-hand salary one gets with 45 LPA salary with all the deductions like PF/TAX etc is only 80 - 90 k per month (And few people get less than that too)!Shocked?I am sorry but that’s the reality!So here we go with the reality check, the total of 45 lakhs per annum is divided into the following way.Base salary = ₹ 12,00,000 or 13 lakhs !Yearly Bonus = ₹ 1,20,000.Joining bonus is a one-time payment, which is not part of CTC.Stocks - ₹ 22,00,000 over 4 years. It is something we cannot include this as part of CTC, stating that you will get stocks worth ₹ 22,00,000 every year! So this would be around ₹ 5,50,000 per year.So the actual CTC is close to 18 LPA but not 45 LPA!Not only Microsoft, but the majority of product-based software companies also use this tactic and boost their CTC to 30,40 and 50 lakhs!So don’t think if a person is from IIT/NIT getting a package of 40 above lakhs is rich, in fact, you can never become rich if you are in a job!Few real-life examples I had:One of my friends is an IITian who works for Microsoft getting a salary of 90kOne of my other school friends is a Bcom graduate, now working in sales and earning around 80k per month.one of my cousins who failed 12th class, owns a supermarket and now he is earning around 1 lakh per month!So whenever you see something like 40 lakhs,50 lakhs package in newspapers and media, don’t panic, don’t get nervous. Agree with the above calculation but if a person gets stocks worth of ₹ 22,00,000 every year (Even over 4 Years), as you stated, for the first year, a person will get ₹ 5,50,000, for the second year it will be ₹ 11,00,000 (₹ 5,50,000 from the first year stocks and ₹ 5,50,000 from the second year stocks). From the fourth year onwards, a person will be getting ₹ 22,00,000 (Assuming he is getting the same number of stocks every year). Companies are using this kind of trick so that a person can stay longer with the company. So if a person stays a long duration with a given company, then I think its a win-win situation😃

“software companies also use this tactic and boost their CTC to 30,40 and 50 lakhs!”It feels you’re creating a picture as if Software companies are doing some kind of Hera pheri here and intentionally plan on doing such things😂. Well I think companies are clear on the part that the yearly ctc is actually ~18 LPA and I believe they never state it as 45 LPA ctc. It’s the media and few folks who try to portray a rock as a mountain.

The business model of P.I.T Created OM INNOVATIONS but it was a hard grind.     There's a firm who approached & wanted me to promote their services. Apparently, they claimed they are best in their fields and needed more leads.Each lead they get would be high value as it was pure B2B. These same firm backed off when they learnt we won't promote their services for free 😆Behind , every social media handle, there's someone working, curating, banging heads to keep their page relevant, checking analytics & trying to maintain their organic reach, don't underestimate them.If it was so easy to build the following and stay constantly relevant, each one of us would have a massive following and reach.Value other's time ♥️ (Also, don't approach us to invest, get grants, crowdsource money for medical or any reason, I will never entertain such requests. It's unethical. You must approach those who genuinely know your case personally. Just yesterday someone exposed a scam where a guy looted a good amount of money by using someone else's health campaign. This guy made a Twitter handle using a random girl's name & picture and swindled huge money. Many fell into this trap.)🔺🔺Lastly, don't think that if you promote using someone with good followers, you will get insane leads. No, it doesn't always work that way. Few campaigns go massively flop. One should read more about Cost per acquisition. If you are aware about Google ads, you would know the insane money one needs to invest to get leads.
