What is the use of CLiQQ? ›

About this app

Welcome to CLiQQ! The official 7-Eleven Philippines mobile app for CLiQQ WiFi, Rewards and Payments. CLiQQ WiFi allows for easy access to the internet using the points you've earned while purchasing at any of our 7-Eleven stores nationwide. All 7-Eleven stores are CLiQQ WiFi zones.

The CLiQQ PAY Wallet can be used only to pay for items bought in 7-Eleven stores. For financial transactions like bills payment and send money, you can pay only in cash at 7-Eleven using the barcode generated through the CLiQQ app.

Go to 7-Eleven, present the barcode and a valid ID to the cashier. Pay the amount due. Receiver will get a notification once it is ready for claiming at the cash-out center. Valid ID is required for claiming.

Cash In via the CLiQQ App

Log in to your CliQQ App, then tap Add e-money. Select GCash, then enter your GCash-registered number. Enter and confirm the cash in amount, and wait for the barcode to be generated. Note: You can take a screenshot of the barcode or you can access it on Manage Transactions.

CLiQQ Wallet credits refer to the amount in your CLiQQ Wallet that is equivalent to monetary value. 1 CLiQQ Wallet credit = PHP 1.00. Apply Now! Where can I use my CLiQQ Wallet? Use CLiQQ Wallet credits as payment when you purchase physical merchandise at 7-Eleven stores or when you shop at CLiQQgrocery.com.

The CLiQQ Rewards Card / Every Day! Rewards Card is the physical card that contains the cardholder's card number. This card shall be presented to the cashier with every purchase to earn points. We recommend that you download the CLiQQ app which also provide you with a Rewards barcode conveniently in your mobile phone.

What is Cliqq kiosk? ›

CLiQQ Kiosks in 7-Eleven stores allow you to buy load, e-pins, pay bills and add cash to your e-money. Terms and Conditions | Privacy Policy | FAQ | Program Mechanics.

There is no cost for ATM withdrawals performed at participating 7-Eleven locations. Visit www.Transact711.com for a list of participating 7-Eleven locations. A fee applies for cash withdrawals made at all other domestic ATMs, plus the ATM operator's fee, which may vary.

Unlike some other retail stores and ATMs, 7-Eleven does not charge any cashback fees. The only requirement to receive cash back is to make a purchase.

Contacting the seller is usually the best way to resolve a problem. You can find their contact details by going to your Activity and selecting the payment. They may be able to issue a refund or help with a return. Otherwise, you can open a dispute within 180 days of the payment date.

Load your CLiQQ Wallet and use it on CLiQQgrocery.com

On your CLiQQ App, tap "Open CLiQQ Wallet". Tap "Load Wallet". Enter the amount you want to load into your CLiQQ Wallet and Confirm. Go to a 7-Eleven store and present the barcode to the cashier.
