BNB Smart Chain (BSC) is a separate chain that runs parallel to BNB Beacon Chain. BSC supports smart contracts and is compatible with EVM. BSC addresses can only transfer assets to BSC addresses, and BNB Beacon Chain addresses can only transfer assets to BNB Beacon Chain addresses.
