Seller not responding to Questions or Offers (2024)

I saw an item I want, asked questions, no response, this has been going on for a week into two now. Seller has a 16 positive feedback rating as seller and buyer combined, hasn't sold or purchased anything for a year seeing their feedback.. I am not sure if the 5 current items for sale are even theirs? They might be and set up as 30 day listings with auto-renew possibly on? I really want this one item, but afraid to buy that the seller might not ship. Then I will need to file a claim to get a refund back. All I ask of this seller is to answer a couple questions about the item or counter offer or decline, something, they should response, this is a first for me as a buyer. As a seller, I always do my best to answer questions asap. I did think maybe their computer or internet or data connection is down due to bad weather, they show based in Nevada. Any help with what I should or could do would be very much appreciated. Thanks in advance.
