Removing an Indicator (2024)

You can remove an indicator from your chart in several different ways, including multiple indicators at a time.

1. From the Menu bar, click Format > Analysis Techniques. The Format Analysis Techniques & Strategies dialog is displayed.

2. Click the Analysis Techniques tab.
3. Select the indicator to remove.
4. Click Remove. To remove multiple indicators, repeat steps 2 -4 for each indicator you want to delete.
5. Click Close.
   

The indicator is now removed from the chart.

You can also delete an indicator by clicking the indicator in a chart (small squares on the plot line confirms the indicator is selected) and clicking . You can also delete an indicator by clicking the indicator and clicking Delete on the shortcut menu.
