How do I contact Plooto support? ›

Payments sent from a Plooto Instant account will be received by your contacts in 1-2 business days for Domestic transactions and 3-4 business days for Cross-Border transactions. To learn more about Plooto Instant, please see Funding Plooto Instant and get faster payments.

You will have a $10,000 total volume limit to send as you please, once you hit that limit you will need to complete all verification steps to continue making payments. Any remaining transactions will go on hold.

Without exception, all Plooto data is encrypted in transit and at rest: From our servers for your browser, from your browser to our servers, and before storage. Encryption keeps sensitive information safe from unauthorized third parties.

Once the deposit is completed, you'll receive an email notification. To submit the PIN and complete the verification, follow either the link in the PIN confirmation email or the link in the original payment request email. As per NPCI guidelines, the maximum amount for one UPI transaction is ₹1 Lakh for P2P transfers and most merchant payments. However, for some P2M transactions like credit card payments, loan repayments, and transactions related to capital markets, the limit is ₹2 Lakhs.

Plooto Costs

Plooto offers two pricing plans: Grow costs $32 per month and Pro costs $499 per month. For an additional $27 per month when using Grow, you can add unlimited free domestic transactions.

To get a full picture of the payment process in Plooto, a new bank account called "Plooto Clearing" is automatically created in QuickBooks Online. Every dollar transferred in a Plooto payable or receivable imported from QuickBooks Online will be accounted for through Plooto Clearing.
