Select "CC" for captions.

1. Select ePortfolio
2. Go to "Portfolio Tools"
3. From drop-down menu, select "Organize"
4. You will see a screen broken into two columns
5. On the left column you will see an outline of the ePortfolio you first selected.

  • S = Section
  • P = Page
  • M = Module.

6. As you hover your mouse cursor over each outline item you will see a red "copy" or "preview" option appear

To Move Content Within One e-Portfolio

1. Select item to be moved, click once with left mouse button and hold down
2. Drag the ePortfolio item where you want it to go in the outline, go slow
3. Release the mouse button

The page will need to refresh before you can move another item.

4. When done, select "Return to ePortfolio"

To Move Content Between Two e-Portfolios

1.On the right column, select the second ePortfolio from the drop-down menu

Always make a copy before moving the content.

2. Click once on the section, page or module you wish to move
3. Select "copy"

We recommend you copy before moving in case anything is lost accidentally.

4. The page will need to refresh - Be Patient!
5. Once the page reloads, click once on item with left mouse button and hold down
6. Drag the item to where you want it to appear in the second ePortfolio

You can move items from the left outline to the right or vice versa.

7. Release mouse button
8. Let the webpage refresh
9. When done moving items, select "return to ePortfolio"
