Safety Management Certificate has the meaning given to it in the ISM Code.
Certifying agency means the division of vocational rehabilitation of the department of education.
Financial Monitoring Report or “FMR” means each report prepared in accordance with Section 4.02 of this Agreement;
Report means reports prepared by the Administrative Agent or another Person showing the results of appraisals, field examinations or audits pertaining to the Borrower’s assets from information furnished by or on behalf of the Borrower, after the Administrative Agent has exercised its rights of inspection pursuant to this Agreement, which Reports may be distributed to the Lenders by the Administrative Agent.
Architect/Engineer (A/E means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant Tex. Occ. Code Ann., Ch. 1001, and/or a firm employed by Owner or Design-Build Contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.
Common Billing Agreement means an agreement between the Appointee and any other person under which that person has undertaken to pay, on terms agreed between them, charges for water supply or sewerage services, or both, in respect of two or more Houses which have a common Supply Pipe and which, in any case where that agreement relates to one of those services only, are also subject to a similar agreement for common billing between that person and the undertaker providing the other service;
GLJ Report means the independent engineering reserves evaluation of certain oil, NGL and natural gas interests of the Company prepared by GLJ dated February 11, 2022 and effective December 31, 2021.
Accountant's Certificate means an opinion signed by an independent certified public accountant or firm of certified public accountants (which may be the Accountants) from time to time selected by the Issuer.
Financial Officer Certification means, with respect to the financial statements for which such certification is required, the certification of the chief financial officer of Holdings that such financial statements fairly present, in all material respects, the financial condition of Holdings and its Subsidiaries as at the dates indicated and the results of their operations and their cash flows for the periods indicated, subject to changes resulting from audit and normal year-end adjustments.
Estuary means a semi-enclosed, naturally existing coastal body of water which has a free connection with the open sea and within which seawater is measurably diluted with fresh water derived from riverine systems. [Section 373.403(15), F.S.]
Pick Up Report means the report detailing the number of sleeping rooms per day actually used out of the Program’s room block.
Engineers' Certificate means a certificate of the Consulting Engineers or of such other engineer or firm of engineers having a favorable repute for skill and experience in the engineering matters with respect to which such certification is required by this Master Indenture.
Mail means first-class letters and flats delivered via the United States Postal Service, including priority, express, and certified mail, and excluding packages, parcels, periodicals, and catalogues, unless they are clearly identifiable as pharmaceuticals or clearly indicate that they are sent by a state or county government agency.
MI Report means a report containing Management Information submitted to the Authority in accordance with Framework Schedule 8 (Management Information);
Attestation Report As defined in Section 3.17.
Renewable Energy Certificate or "REC" means a certificate
Self Audit Certificate means the certificate in the form as set out in Framework Schedule 9 (Self Audit Certificate) to be provided to the Authority in accordance with Clause 17.3 (Records and Audit Access);
Monthly Report means a report, in substantially the form of Exhibit X hereto (appropriately completed), furnished by the Servicer to the Agent pursuant to Section 8.5.
MFET Limited means the company limited by guarantee (number 7121661) of that name, established for the purpose in particular of making payments in accordance with arrangements made with the Secretary of State to persons who have acquired HIV as a result of treatment by the NHS with blood or blood products;
ESDM Report means the Emission Summary and Dispersion Modelling Report prepared in accordance with the Procedure Document by Christopher Scullion, Church and Trought Inc. and dated December 1, 2009 submitted in support of the application, and includes any amendments to the ESDM Report listed in Schedule A and all up-dated ESDM Reports prepared as required by the Documentation Requirements conditions of this Certificate.
Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.
Send means the sending of a document(s) by either post or e-mail (where applicable) unless otherwise stated;
practising certificate means a document issued by the Relevant Professional Body entitling you to provide legal services;
Discharge Monitoring Report or "DMR" means the EPA uniform national form, including any subsequent additions, revisions, or modifications, for the reporting of self-monitoring results by permittees.
