My routing number isn’t supported. What should I do?

Unfortunately, there are some banks we cannot support. This is due to certain banks having frequent issues with deposits and withdrawals, which can result in fees on your account.

If you’ve encountered this problem and you have an account at a different bank you’d like to use, you can try that information instead.

Please note: When linking a bank account, it must be a checking account. Stash does not support savings accounts at this time. Additionally, Stash does not support third-party or business accounts (even if your name is listed on the account).

What about PayPal or prepaid accounts?

We do not support Paypal or prepaid accounts at this time.
