One of the perks of being a part of a general management program like E.L.I.T.E. is the opportunity to work on various types of projects with different teams and immense learning involved in each rotation. After having worked on consulting and GTM projects in my first two rotations, I got a chance to work with DCX (Digital Customer Experience) team during my third rotation.
DCX helps businesses understand and implement digital customer engagement strategies and platforms. DCX has launched a new application called Asset Store which hosts DCX assets across technologies that are relevant as-of-now and in near future. It also works as a repository of ideas and use cases and also as a discussion board for brainstorming. It helps global DCX community members identify ideas, evaluate relevance and contribute towards asset creation in tangible forms. Apart from facilitating asset visibility, the platform brings all the DCX portfolios together and create a bridge between assets and users.
My role in this team involved interacting with multiple stakeholders, understanding their expectations and suggest changes in the application. I worked closely with the central marketing team to build collaterals and make an end to end marketing plan for the Asset Store.
During the project, I also got a chance to experience the agile way of working with DCX Foundry. I was introduced to different technologies and innovative solutions created for clients. It was really exciting to learn about these digital solutions and see them in practice.
It was truly an enriching experience. I got a chance to plan a webinar and other events for DCX. I learnt how to design marketing plan for different streams and how to effectively engage the DCX community.
