If you want to live healthier, start with something easier—like drinking more water each day. I have heard that a good rule of thumb for the amount of water that we should consume each day is to drink half your body weight in ounces of water. So if you weigh 150 pounds, then you should be drinking at least 75 ounces of water daily. My Juice Plus + Story:
A few years ago, I was on a mission to find a way to get my then 3-year-old son to eat something other than pizza and mac-n-cheese. This kid literally wouldn’t even eat the pureed fruit as a baby (which we know all babies love—at least my first two sons did!) and it really wasn’t improving as he got older. So his diet was severely lacking. That’s when I found Juice Plus+ and learned how the whole food supplements help to bridge the gap in diet from what you are getting and what you should to be getting with fruit and vegetables servings.
