Will the Apple Store help me for free? ›

Most Apple software and hardware products include unlimited complimentary support incidents within the first 90 days of product ownership, or longer if required by applicable law. Apple will NOT help you. We CANNOT help you. Only the person who locked the phone can. Assuming this is your situation, either return the phone for refund if you can or recycle the phone responsibly.

You may need to remove and re-add your payment method to make sure you entered the information correctly. If your billing address doesn't match your payment method, the ZIP code is incorrect, or you're trying to use an expired card, you'll see a "Payment Not Completed" error.

Make sure that you're signed in with the same Apple ID that you used to make the purchase. Make sure that in-app purchases are allowed on your device. Restart your device. If you were charged for the purchase and you still can't restore it, contact the app developer for support.
