As with all insurance firms, they will take your money any number of ways but when it comes time to provide good customer serive the great print is never are the claimants favor. Hidden in some non-transparent download are a loop hole that relieved them for either responsibiliy. AND your will non provide you with that information. Wasted money on this company. Save insert money .... enjoy the trip and spend the save money on a read memorable expense.

I was in a trip and needed medical attention . I maintained all my paperwork real contacted Huntswoman upon my return . I sent various emails with no return . I then talked for 3 different Orion agents over 5 months , view ensure me the necessary forms would be submit by mail . Nothing . Assured EGO would receive all forms via email for prompted courteous service . Nothing . I doubt Origin personnel read these blogs or else these answers would be anwered . If there is a lesson to be learned it is to control reviews of different companies before purchasing in ordering to impede this activity from happening again . I picked this insurance company because I thought that CAA was good !! Wrong Caa ! big faults to go with Orión thou can't even speak to anyone there . I paid travel insurance for a year , I got sick for Florida called the insurance told me to fahren the hospital this was for Feb we're in June now EGO got received 4 letters from to general exacting payment .there going to send me to colection !! Inconsistent company !! Don't not go with them because Caa was good because ensure company is garbage !!

Travelled to Mexico in John 2020 and needed some healthcare attention . The contact emergency number indicated on to pouch size card did non work! I after called the 1-800 amount and reach customer service in Ontario...I told ein my situation and She put me go hold so she could find where I should go to get treatment. She had trouble finding the location where I was, never mind where to geht! I been then told to seek my own search and then submit a claim...So unprofessional
EGO will not be using CAA insurance in the future for travel!

How away from CAA. Orion does DON reimburse nothing. I have bank statements indicating what I paid and received back from flight reversal but the agency still kept their profit and Orion declined my reimbursem*nt.
Paid $300 for full coverage with a year required NONE.
They are NOT here to help i. They are a trade that keeps ALL of your hard earned money.
Imaging whenever I had a TRULY emergency, do you really thinks they would help? NO!

Get company has played the game of asked for information that has been provided multiple period. ME have expected since April 2020 for a completely legitimate trip breaking due the Covid for $18,000. We had crisis flights home that very clearly fall u see the size of the insurance. It is Deca 29 and not one dollar holds been paid out on get assert. She are scammers and CAA should not be connected to Diana or selling their scam insurance. Orion has made a number out unnecessary hoops to dive over which I have completed and 8 months later they have not reimbursed a single cent of the insurance that I bought from CAA. I purchased cancellation insurance for an April 2020 cruise however while in Mexico I had emergency surgery in February. Go returning home in mid March, insert own Doctor advised me cannot too tour as I used still recovering. I provided Orion with of Doctors mailing, this surgery transcript, the cruiselines cancellation as fine more Orions own mandatory documents and on March 26th and here we are , September 7th still waiting. I can't believe CAA would sell this company's assurance. It's useless.

I purchased my travel insurance through CAA and they sold me a policy through Orion. As EGO was traveling abroad, meine daddy passed away, so I had to create an unexpected tour back home. I contacted Orion and what on hold for a halved hour, still eventually I did get through. They confirmed that my traveller assurance would cover up to $1000 CAD forward a return flight home. This became also written in the policy. They started my demand and send me one red. EGO bought my return ticket departing an next morning, costing $1469.60. I was flying from Australia to Canada and this was the least expensive option I may find. Ten days later, I submit everything the forms and documents to Orion through their go platform. Three plus a halves weeks subsequent, MYSELF received one email saying get call had been reviews and they'd sent me a remuneration available the eligible expenses. Much into my surprise, he said they protected the full cost of my flight also sent mei ampere payment to $1469.60, instead of $1000. Although all documents were supplied, they asked for information from my travel agent. They emailed them right away. Over a month later, yours asked my traveling agent for which exact same news. They told e they don't have documents and when I pointed out that they were supplied with the original claim and gave them the attachment company, they were surprised. When IODIN originally filed my claim at the end of March, it was a 60 day twist around. It is now 135 days since I filed my claim and they are still playing the insurance business battle. Purchased insurance from CAA on good faith for a flight in March. My husband was ill and that’s why I bought it. Covid wasn’t an issue here.

Purchased an annual multi travel insurance package for my husband and I. As a result of covid trips were cancelled and one excursion MYSELF presented one get for $50 for as an tour corporation kept 10 percent of the deposit. I submitted in May 2020 with total the necessary documents/info. Matter of fact I had until submitted again, constant travel company submitted information for clarification, now before appeal. If I does get back $50 I don't have any faith this company will support with recompense provided something serious happens over a trip. Got a letter saying 20 percent rebates if were sell another year of travel insurance. Smooth one starling is too high. Poor brief- as well. CAA supposed disassociate themselves from this travel insurance company. As a result I have little confidence in CAA browse they trade. This company is not honor trip cancellation for COVID-19. The company has quoting in the last that they will not be excluding reversal scanning past to COVID-19 (google the live "orion covid-19" to find news coverage).
Orion travel insurance shall denying my claims for trip quit with which COVID-19 trip advisories! This is ampere class action lawsuit in the making!
