Select a wallet
- Log into your account in the app.
- Not on StormGain? Create an account
- Go to the 'Wallets' section and select the cryptocurrency to transfer.
- Select 'Withdrawal'.

Transfer cryptocurrency
- Enter the amount to transfer.*
- Choose a payment method. The cryptocurrency you are going to send must match the cryptocurrency in the receiver's wallet.**
- Paste the receiver's wallet address or scan its QR code.
- Select 'Withdraw'.
- Confirm the operation using the two-factor authentication code received via SMS to finish.
You're ready to withdraw your crypto!

What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
You must transfer a minimum of 50 USDT (or the equivalent in another cryptocurrency). If the amount is less than 50 USDT, the money won't be credited to your account. Learn more on the Fees and Limits page.
Why is the withdrawal request being processed manually?
In some cases, additional checks are required for such withdrawal requests. These checks are done to ensure the security of our clients' funds in their accounts. The reasons and a detailed breakdown of the process for these checks cannot be published in the interests of keeping these checks secure.
We ask for your understanding and want to assure you that we do not aim to limit the speed of withdrawing clients' funds. Instead, we strive to provide the highest security when working with our company.
On other crypto platforms, withdrawal requests aren't processed manually? Why are they on StormGain?
Withdrawal requests can be processed manually on StormGain and other platforms. It is a common security practice. Other platforms may have a different name for it.
I withdrew 35 USDT, but the funds were not credited.
The minimum fee for USDT withdrawals is 35 USDT. Please note that fees are subject to market conditions and are not determined by the StormGain team.

My withdrawal request is being processed manually. How long should I wait?
Requests processed manually take a little longer than usual. We cannot set an exact timeframe for when a withdrawal request will be processed.
How can I find the wallet address when transferring to a third-party platform?
You can find the wallet address on the platform you made the transfer to. We recommend that you contact the third-party's support team for more details.
