Here’s a quick guide to correctly loading your Beko washing machine with detergent and softener:

  1. For the best results, make sure you put the detergent and softener into the right sectionsof your detergent drawer.
  2. The powder detergent goes into the largest section of the drawer, usually on the left handside. If in any doubt, check your washing machine's manual.
  3. The liquid softener goes into the partially covered section of the drawer with the flowersymbol. This is either in the centre or on the right hand side of the drawer, depending onyour model.
  4. The third section of the drawer is for pre-wash detergent so you should add the releventpre-wash detergent if you have selected the pre-wash function for your washing program.
  5. Ensure you add the correct amount of detergent and softener into the drawer according toyour load size. Check the guidence on the pakaging of your detergent and softener forguidence and pay attention to the maximum level indicators in the detergent drawer sections.Less detergent may be required in soft water areas.
  6. Overfilling the drawer with detergent can lead to excessive foaming inside the washingmachine which can cause problems with both your washing machine and the laundry inside.
  7. Make sure you store your detergents and fabric softeners carefully and safely. If you wishto store your detergent in a container other than its original packaging, ensure thecontainer is securely sealed and water-tight and clearly label it.
  8. Always keep detergent and fabric softeners out of the reach of children and animals.
