As for your question, I would suggest, for the French part: Qu'est-ce que tu m'as manqué ! (using the present perfect, too, as an exclamative way of expressing I've missed you so much!)

In English we say "How I've missed you!" It does mean "I've missed you a lot!" I'm not sure if it's old. I can imagine hearing it nowadays. We might also say "I (I've) really missed you".

You could say "Oh how I missed you" which is similar to "I have missed you very much" ...

It is still said today but more commonly people would simply say "I missed you".
