How do I withdraw money to my Mastercard®? (2024)

The Mastercard® withdrawal option (Mastercard Send) lets you make safe, convenient, real-time money transfers from your Skrill account to a personal Mastercard® credit/debit card.

To find out if this option is available to you, go to the Withdraw section of your account or visit our Fees Page, where you can select your country of registration from the drop-down menu. Before you attempt to withdraw money to your Mastercard® card, take a moment to verify your Skrill account if you haven't done so already.

How do I withdraw money to my Mastercard® card?

  1. Go to the Withdraw section of your Skrill account.
  2. Click Withdraw Now under Credit or debit card.
  3. Choose a card and click Next. If you haven’t registered a Mastercard® card, click Add a Mastercard® Card to submit your card details. Make sure they are correct, and your card is active.
  4. Enter the amount and select balance. Click Next.
  5. A summary page with your withdrawal information will appear. To finalize your withdrawal, confirm the transaction with your PIN.

In what currency will you process my withdrawal?

Your withdrawal will be processed in your account currency if it is among the supported currencies for Skrill. If not, the withdrawal will be processed in our default currency EUR.

What are the fees and limits?

To review your withdrawal limits, go to the Withdraw section of your account. The limits will appear onscreen.
For the withdrawal fee, go to the Withdraw section of your account or visit our Fees Page. Have in mind that there are certain velocity limits you may hitweekly and monthly. In such cases, just wait for the period to be over, or try with another card.

If the currency of the withdrawal is different from your Skrill account currency, an additional Foreign Exchange fee will be added to our wholesale exchange rates.

How long does it take to receive the money?

The money should reach your Mastercard® card within up to 3 business days.

Why did my withdrawal fail?

Skrill uses the Money Send payment method to process Mastercard® payouts online. If your Mastercard® withdrawal failed, contact your card issuer to check if they support Money Send payouts. If not, please use an alternative withdrawal option from the ones available to you.

Also, note that cards issued in certain countries are not supported. If such is the case, please try withdrawing to another card.
